Once in Premiere Pro or Lightroom open up Lumetri Color Panel and navigate to the Creative section. Under the Creative section click the dropdown menu labeled "Look". Select custom and then select the file straight from your computer. Once selected, just adjust the intensity bar to level that fits your video best, and you're done!
